Commander’s Message

Welcome to the Pepperell VFW website,

I hope you find our new site very informative and helpful. Our post in Pepperell was chartered in 1946 under Commander Hugh Murphy who was a World War I veteran. Since then, the Pepperell VFW has remained true to its mission of service to veterans and the local community. A few examples of what we do include providing military honors, assisting veterans in need, flag retirement, charitable functions and also providing a haven for veterans and patrons to enjoy. If you are a veteran looking for comradeship, fraternity and a desire to serve the community, please contact myself or one of our officers. Being an organization of war veterans, we do have some eligibility requirements for membership. This information you can find on our membership page. Despite our membership requirements, we will assist any veteran in need. We look forward to hearing from you!

Respectfully,

Stu Young, Post Commander
